The ROESServer renames your customer named orders to one that matches your lab's convention and sets the beginning and maximum value.
**Use the tab at the top of the ROES Server UI to access the Order Numbers Configuration screen.**
[SEQUENCE_NUMBER] - The numeric ROES Macro defined and used on this screen when renaming orders.
Order Numbers Configuration - Mouse over the different sections of the screen below for descriptions of each fields use.
Assign Lab Order ID to Orders - Checking this box will turn 'ON' the rename function. Orders coming from your customer named as the .ro file (email@example.com_13c2a0ea7ae_1) will be renamed to match the labs order number convention.
Order ID Pattern: - Use this field to set the pattern used for naming the orders. If it is numeric sequentially ascending number, leave it as the default macro ([SEQUENCE_NUMBER]). You may also use a static prefix or postfix (R[SEQUENCE_NUMBER] gives you R123456, ROES[SEQUENCE_NUMBER] gives you ROES123456) Most ROES macros may also be used in this field ([CUSTOMER_NAME][SEQUENCE_NUMBER] gives you Marc Struble123456).
Min Value - Sets the minimum value of the [SEQUENCE_NUMBER] and can be set at either 1 or the next order number
Max Value - Sets the largest number to use for the [SEQUENCE_NUMBER] before starting over to the Min Value.
Number of Digits - Set the number of digits to use for the length of the [SEQUENCE_NUMBER]. Six digits will let you received 999999 orders before it resets.
